TeleVani Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Malnad Tech, which runs TeleVani ("we"). By creating an account or using TeleVani on any device or the web, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TeleVani.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires it.
• Your account is tied to a phone number you control. Keep your devices, sign-in codes and two-step password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, and don't impersonate anyone.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app or at televani.com/delete-account.

You must not use TeleVani to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• share child sexual abuse material, or sexualise minors in any way;
• promote terrorism or violence, threaten, harass, bully or dox anyone;
• post pornography or sexual nudity in public channels, public groups or stories;
• post graphic real-world violence or gore in public channels, public groups or stories, except clearly newsworthy content with a warning;
• use TeleVani as a dating or sexual-services platform;
• send spam, scams, phishing or malware, or run bulk or automated messaging without our permission;
• infringe others' copyright, trademarks or privacy;
• interfere with the service: probing, overloading, reverse-engineering it to attack it, or getting around limits or bans.

What you send stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and deliver it to the people you send it to, and to show public content (public channels, groups, profiles) to others — nothing more. You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.

Anyone can report messages, groups, channels and accounts. We review reports and may remove public content, restrict features, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the law. We cannot read secret chats, which are end-to-end encrypted. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities as the law requires.

• Files you upload to Cloud Storage stay yours. You are responsible for them and must have the right to share anything you share.
• The acceptable-use rules above apply to stored and shared files too.
• A share link can be opened by anyone who has it, unless you protect it with a password or approve each person.
• Anyone can report a share link. We may remove files and switch off links that break these terms or the law, and act on reports.
• Public share pages of links owned by free accounts may show ads.
• How much you can store depends on your plan. An account over its limit can't upload more until it frees space or upgrades.

TeleVani is free. Optional paid plans add features such as larger file limits. Prices are shown before you buy; payments are processed by our payment provider, renew until you cancel, and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the law where you live and the rules of the store you paid through.

We work to keep TeleVani available and secure, but it is provided "as is": we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can export your data at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content other people send. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; when the change is significant we tell you in the app before it applies. You can stop using TeleVani at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.
